Summary: I had such a great time at this thieboudienne cooking class! The vibe was super fun and relaxed, and everyone was so welcoming. The instructors were amazing they explained everything step by step and even shared why certain techniques are used, which made it really easy to follow. I learned a ton, got hands-on experience, and left feeling like I could actually make thieboudienne at home. Overall, it was a really fun experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to make this delicious dish!

Summary: Was asked beforehand if I wanted to be picked up by someone (free of charge) and if they should arange an English translater only for me. I used both offers and participated in an amazing cooking class that tought me my first West African dishes. Highly recommended class .of a super professional provider that I would happily book with again.

Summary: I had always wanted to travel to Senegal for the cuisine, and I finally made it happen. The local dish, jollof rice, if one of my favorites and I occasionally make it at home back in the United States. I figured, what better way to fine tune my recipe than to pick up a few pro tips from a local chef in Senegal? This class was excellent! Learn to make jollof rice from start to finish AND you get to enjoy the resulting dish for lunch. Could not think of a better way to spend an afternoon in Dakar. The chef and translator were friendly, professional, and made you feel right at home. Do yourself a favor. Book this experience! 🇸🇳
